Achieving Consensus, Obtaining Approvals
HRG has excellent reputations with the reviewing agencies, including the Susquehanna River Basin Commission, Delaware River Basin Commission, PA DEP, Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, county conservation districts, and municipalities across the state.  We also have relationships with publicly owned treatment works throughout Pennsylvania to aid in negotiating discharge agreements, when needed.

Whether your project involves design and construction management for a drilling mud impoundment, drill frac or brine water disposal, environmental impact study, or emergency response to a release of a hazardous substance or petroleum fuel, HRG is geographically and technically positioned to be your “go-to” resource.
