Tom Holleran

Tom has a strong ability to build and nurture relationships, to effectively navigate client problems, and cultivate long-term partnerships. He is committed to driving continuous improvements for communities. “Building Relationships. Designing Solutions” was a previous expression at HRG and is something Tom still echoes today. He believes in the value of first forming a relationship with a client and offering a more personable and engaging experience that other firms may not provide. After Tom creates a relationship, he supports that connection through various solutions, whether it be engineering design, consultation, or administrative.

Before Tom’s Business Development Manager role, he was a Project Engineer managing projects and clients for nearly forty years. With his broad background and extensive experience, he successfully gains a client’s perspective from working alongside them to ensure complete satisfaction. Tom enjoys seeing communities succeed, and he looks forward to working towards a common goal with them.

Tom is committed to community. It began when his daughters got involved with YMCA swimming. He started coaching and officiating swim competitions and encourages the involvement of youth sports after witnessing increased team building and confidence amongst the kids. Tom looks forward to his involvement in youth sports with his grandkids.
