HRG is working with the Lycoming County Water & Sewer Authority (LCWSA) in the management of their Enterprise GIS. HRG works with LCWSA office and field staff to maintain the database with sanitary/stormwater assets, develop web map products, and perform server maintenance. In 2024, HRG worked with LCWSA in the compilation and submission of their LCR service inventory. HRG deployed the ESRI “Lead Service Line Inventory Solution” that established the GIS database template and provided interactive mapping tools. HRG developed a routine to directly export GIS service-line assets into an EPA-approved format, avoiding manual entry into a spreadsheet. GIS staff created a LCR dashboard with infographics and customer information. For future LCR investigation work, HRG will customize field tools like Survey123 as the Authority gathers and verifies data.
