Jim is a landscape architect with wide-ranging experience in site planning and design for parks, recreational facilities, and public spaces as well as commercial and institutional facilities. He customizes the design of every project to the needs of the client, maximizing the potential of the site while carefully using and preserving natural resources. Stressing a need to plan for and create context-sensitive spaces, Jim strives to bring about creative and sustainable solutions that improve quality of life, while meeting the long-term needs of his clients.

As vice president of operations, Jim ensures HRG’s local operations align with broader strategic goals and quality management standards, while maximizing efficiency and operational excellence. He is a bridge between the corporate service area leaders and regional operations leaders, facilitating collaboration and creating synergy.
