The Borough of Zelienople, in Pennsylvania’s Butler County, is a small community centered on a historic main street district. After nearly a decade of revitalization efforts, Zelienople has earned its place as one of the best small towns to visit in Pennsylvania. The commitment of
community leaders, a shared vision, and a detailed plan

has led to Zelienople’s success in attracting millions of dollars in project funding. More importantly, existing and new businesses have recognized the opportunity of locating in a revitalized Zelienople, bringing renewed energy and momentum to the downtown business district.

The Claysville Area Master Revitalization Plan

The Master Revitalization Plan for the Claysville Area will serve as the primary means of addressing community needs and trends and prioritizing goals and projects. Having a plan will help the Claysville Area to reach its full potential, to attract visitors, and to encourage residents to stay the course through the revitalization process.
