We have some exciting news – the first Public Input Meetings are coming up!
Join us to share your ideas for the Claysville Area. Your input is vital to planning for a future that benefits us all.
When is the meeting?
We are hosting public meetings on two different days to make sure everyone is able to attend. If you attend one meeting, you do not need to come to the other because the topics and format will be the same. The dates are:
Tuesday, June 22 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, July 13 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Where is the meeting?
Both meetings will be held at McGuffey Middle School and High School auditorium.
What is the purpose of the public input meeting?
At this meeting we will talk about the process that will be used create the Master Revitalization Plan, introduce the Steering Committee, and meet the planning team from HRG, Inc.
But most importantly – we will hear from YOU and from your neighbors in the nine communities of the McGuffey School District. Bring your insight about our area and your ideas for the future.
Your contribution will help the planning team make recommendations for projects and improvements in our parks and communities.
Who is this meeting for?
If you LIVE, WORK or PLAY in one of the communities of the McGuffey School District – Blaine, Buffalo, Donegal, Morris, East Finley, West Finley, or South Franklin Townships, and Claysville or Green Hills Boroughs – then this meeting is for you!
