HRG Earns Its Highest-Ever Ranking on ENR’s Design Firms List

April 28, 2021 /

Engineering News-Record magazine published its annual ranking of the nation’s top revenue-producing architecture, engineering, and construction firms last week, and HRG moved up 46 places to number 360 this year. This good news comes just days after the publication named HRG the Mid-Atlantic Design Firm of the Year, an honor that recognizes companies for their innovation, creativity, and community service.

HRG’s revenue grew by 13 percent in 2020, surpassing its average annual growth rate of 9.6% over the past five years.

“It’s gratifying to receive these honors at the same time and see how our team excels in so many ways,” company president Jason Fralick says. “Their passion for helping local communities translates into imaginative and resourceful solutions for our clients, and the results speak for themselves.  Everyone on our team should be very proud.”

Fralick is also grateful to the firm’s clients for their continued faith in HRG.  “We exceeded our goals for new client acquisition, but our top five contract awards last year were all for clients that have worked with us before, two of them for more than 15 years,” Fralick says. “This is the foundation of our business: the long-term relationships we build with our clients. We wouldn’t be where we are today without their trust and loyalty.”

Engineering News-Record (ENR) is a leading trade journal for architects, engineers, and contractors. It compiles its Top 500 Design Firms list annually based on the revenue that firms earned in the preceding year.
