It’s #Good2bHRG – some might even say it’s the best! We found out last night that we’re ranked #9 on the list of Best Places to Work in PA for 2024 (large companies with 250+ employees), and we’re filled with pride and gratitude for the recognition.

It’s particularly sweet because it’s based largely on the opinions of our employee-owners, as shared in a survey last spring. HRG either matched or significantly outperformed the large-firm average in all of the survey categories, which included leadership, engagement, relationship with supervisor, culture and communications, training and development, compensation, and work environment.

We work hard every day to make this a fun and rewarding place to work, but it still takes our breath away to see it confirmed like this in the hearts of our team. Thank you to everyone who participated in the survey and to every employee-owner who contributes to our culture and our success. We’re happy to celebrate this with each of you!
