Weis Markets – Various locations in Pennsylvania and Maryland

HRG has been providing a full suite of engineering services to Weis Markets for many years, proactively resolving issues in the design, approval and construction of its grocery stores and its gas station facilities.

In addition, HRG has provided land development services for several Weis Gas-N-Go locations in Pennsylvania and Maryland.  This includes the development of new sites and the expansion of existing stores to accommodate Gas-N-Go facilities.

Some of the issues we have successfully addressed on these projects include:

• Obtaining zoning variances for special use.
• Addressing parking requirements when a new Gas-N-Go facility will be constructed in the parking lot of an existing store.
• Ensuring adequate access for large tanker trucks and fuel tank storage.
