Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG) completed all permitting and design associated with the development of a new Community Park (Dick’s Sporting Goods Sportsplex at Graham Park). The Park, which opened in May 2009, encompasses more than 100 acres.
HRG’s role included the following:

- State and Federal Permitting
- Bridge Design
- Stream and Floodplain Analysis
- Utility Infrastructure Design
- Roadway and Parking Lot Design
- Erosion and Sedimentation Control
- Stormwater Conveyance
- Landscape Plan
The Park consists of:
- Six baseball fields, including one Miracle League Field
- Four soccer fields
- Three football/lacrosse fields
- Over a mile of paved trails
- Three concession buildings
- Two maintenance buildings
