Robert T. Grimm
Municipal Consulting and Management Strategist
Mr. Grimm is an expert in his field and has amassed more than 4 decades of experience in municipal operations and management. In his prior positions, Mr. Grimm was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of full-service communities with multi-million-dollar budgets. This work included preparation of annual budgets, ensuring active public engagement, providing human resources oversight, and serving as a town clerk. In addition, his background includes submitting required year-end reports on finances and administration, overseeing updates of IT systems and software, recommending policy and procedures, reviewing professional services contracts and recommending changes where necessary, securing well over $1M grant funds, and expanding communication and public engagement efforts.
