Lance Weatherly, P.E, MBA
Assistant Vice President
Mr. Weatherly is the Assistant Vice President of the King of Prussia office. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office and business development initiatives. Mr. Weatherly oversees general project management activities and a variety of engineering tasks ensuring the continuation of high-quality service. Mr. Weatherly joined HRG with 18 years of professional consulting engineering, leadership, and operations management experience.
Prior to HRG, Mr. Weatherly served as the Transportation Department Head for Banner Associates, Inc. His responsibilities included, Leveraging construction, technical, engineering, and project management expertise to energize business development while managing multidisciplinary team direct reports of engineers and project managers for civil, municipal, hydraulics, transportation, and structural projects; directing all initiatives of project and staff engineers handling RFPs, contracts, budgets, and project deliverables such as technical design, construction inspections, and surveying.
