Joshua T. Fox, P.E.

Water & Wastewater Practice Area Leader

Mr. Fox  is an associate of the firm and has more than a decade of management experience in both the military and the private sector.

As the leader of the Water and Wastewater Group, he translates technical and regulatory trends into a coherent strategy for meeting the needs of public and private sector utilities.  He also empowers staff to execute that strategy through communication, culture, and professional development initiatives.  He ensures all projects are delivered in conformance with the firm’s Quality Management Plan and continues to serve as project manager for key clients and complex projects.  In addition, he supports business development activities across HRG’s entire service area. Mr. Fox is a driven community and business leader.

Mr. Fox currently serves as a Captain in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard where he is the Commanding Officer for Company A 3/103 AR, an infantry company, located in Lewisburg, PA. Mr. Fox received numerous citations for his service and leadership including the Bronze Star for meritorious service.
