Mr. Ellinger manages the firm’s operations throughout the Harrisburg region, ensuring the continued delivery of high quality service to public and private sector clients across all divisions.  He also supporst business development initiatives and encourages the growth and development of nearly 100 employee-owners based in the Harrisburg office.
