Mr. Petro manages the day-to-day operations of HRG’s Morgantown, WV, office, and is a long-time resident of the city. He has extensive experience in transportation and project-management, ranging from location studies, analyses of alternative structures and roadways to final design of new structures and new highways. His expertise also includes strengthening historic covered bridges and existing structures using fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) composite materials.
