Project Engineer

Mr. Hibbs is a project engineer with Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG) based in the Lewisburg office. His area of expertise is in civil engineering, specializing in the planning and design of agricultural waste management systems. With 30 years of experience, he has used his farm upbringing and hands-on experience to focus on practical solutions for landowners. His knowledge of agricultural Best Management Practices (BMPs) was developed while working as an engineer for a local County Conservation District, focusing on solutions to improve the water quality of the Chesapeake Bay. His experience with an engineering consulting firm provides a mix of experience in the public and private sectors.

Andy is an essential asset to HRG’s agriculture team. He has experience working with multiple funding programs as well as various government agencies. He is known for his desire to improve Pennsylvania’s farms and his strong work ethic. His leadership role with HRG is enhanced by his professionalism and dedication to detail.
