Kyle Kotzmoyer
ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN
Mr. Kotzmoyer is an Engineering Technician I with Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG) based in the Harrisburg corporate headquarters. Kyle came to HRG in late 2022 after three and a half years at Pennsylvania Farm Bureau (PFB). While at PFB, Kyle lobbied on behalf of the organization’s 30,000 members to advance public policy that protects Pennsylvania’s farmers and rural communities. He was an instrumental component of a collaborative effort to secure $220 million through the creation of the Clean Streams Fund (CSF). Among the CSF appropriation, $154 million was designated for agriculture conservation best management practices in the newly adopted Agriculture Conservation Assistance Program (ACAP).
Prior to his time at PFB, Kyle was a partner in his family’s 700-head Registered Jersey dairy and 1,000 acre cropping operation in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
Kyle’s passion is agriculture and finding opportunities for farms to be sustainable while preserving and conserving the valuable natural resources that are necessary for agriculture operations to thrive.
