Assistant Vice President

Ben assists with the design and management of various municipal and private projects, which include sewer, water, stormwater, wastewater, site development, recreational, and planning services. His experience also includes bidding, construction administration, and observation services for projects as well as municipal engineering consultation and inspection for developer projects that are located in municipalities served by HRG.

As assistant vice president, Ben oversees operations throughout Western Pennsylvania and Ohio.
