Aaron Moyer, P.E.

Aaron is a project manager and team leader, focusing on land development, water resources, environmental permitting, and municipal services. His experience spans both the public and private sectors, including stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, water and sewer design, waterways permitting, roadway construction, environmental regulation, construction management, and construction inspection. His primary focus is municipal engineering.

Aaron understands the engineering needs of a municipality from all angles and has real-world experience in local government roles himself. He has served as a Township Supervisor and Planning Commission member in East Hanover Township, Dauphin County, and interim Zoning Officer in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County.   Not only does he bring a breadth of technical expertise to the table, but he understands the difficulties and challenges a municipality faces internally, politically, and financially as well.

Aaron has taken part in the writing of multiple ordinances for his home and client municipalities.
