Brent Ramsey, P.E.

Brent oversees civil engineering services, driving consistent, quality project delivery and ensuring staff members get the training they need to grow as professionals and to meet client’s evolving needs. He has wide-ranging expertise in environmental science, municipal engineering, water resources, and site design for a broad range of public and privately owned infrastructure.

He was initially drawn to the technical nature of engineering but equally enjoys the interpersonal side of the work: supporting his clients, his team, and the community with a commitment to quality and long-term value. He is calm and easy-going and provides steady leadership through a challenge.

Whether at work or in the community, he seeks to make a positive impact. As a leader, he strives to provide the space his team needs to do their best work while always being open and approachable for any guidance they seek. He’s also passionate about personal growth, challenging himself and others to think of new and better ways to solve problems that enhance quality and efficiency.

When he’s not in the office, Brent enjoys coaching and supporting his two children in youth and collegiate sports, volunteering with his church, spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, and tinkering in the garage with his antique car.
