Cory J. Salmon, P.E.

Cory oversees operations in Southeastern Pennsylvania, managing HRG’s King of Prussia office, its financial resources, and the supervision of local staff. He also supports key client management activities in the region.

He has wide-ranging experience in the design of water and wastewater systems, including infiltration and inflow identification, monitoring, and elimination planning; Act 537 Sewage Facility Planning; water and wastewater (treatment, collection, conveyance, and distribution) inspection, evaluation, planning, permitting, design, bidding, and construction administration; project and construction budgeting; and capital improvement planning.

Although he specializes in water and wastewater facility infrastructure, Cory also has experience with stormwater systems, roadways, bridges, and traffic engineering.
