Devin Dunwoody, P.E.

Devin provides valuable insight on constructability and cost-effectiveness on every project, thanks to his extensive experience in the construction industry. He began his career as a construction laborer, installing pipelines and utility structures for land development projects, while earning his bachelor’s degree.in civil engineering technology. After graduation, he began performing field surveys for construction layout, calculating earthwork volumes, and generating as-built plans. Over the years, he worked his way up to project manager and then executive vice president at a regional construction firm specializing in highways, bridges, commercial buildings, and excavation.

As a group manager, Devin oversees quality, schedule, and budgets for projects completed by the Municipal & Water Resources Group in Pittsburgh. He also mentors and develops staff members in this group.
