HRG provides ongoing GIS database update services for Lower Swatara Township’s stormwater and sanitary systems. As new development and infrastructure data is received, HRG evaluates its completeness, integrates it into the Township’s ArcGIS Online platform, and maintains master GIS files in case online data needs to be restored. The work includes digitizing features from varied formats (GIS, CAD, paper digitization, etc.), entering system attributes, and ensuring accurate mapping of public utility assets. This support helps the Township maintain a current and reliable geospatial database for planning and operations.
