John D. Klein

Mr. Klein is a senior project manager in Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc.’s (HRG) Pittsburgh, PA office and has over 30 years of professional experience. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading, training, directing and supervising engineering staff and technicians in the planning, design, permitting and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects for municipal, private and industrial clients. Mr. Klein serves as project manager for multiple major projects ensuring technical quality, superior client communication, on-target delivery, and overall project success.

Prior to joining HRG, Mr. Klein was a project manager in the Civil and Environmental Division with L. Robert Kimball and Associates in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. His responsibilities included design through construction of facilities for the treatment, storage, and conveyance of wastewater, stormwater and water, and process design for industrial pretreatment systems. He also provided support for environmental phases of various multi-disciplined projects.
