Justin oversees the water and wastewater group, driving quality, consistent project delivery across the organization and ensuring staff members get the training they need to meet evolving industry standards. He has more than 20 years of experience and has managed some of HRG’s most complex and innovative projects.
Justin works closely with clients to identify and manage critical success factors with expert scheduling and financial tracking. This ensures projects meet the highest quality standards while complying with all schedule and budget requirements.
