Justin Mendinsky, P.E.
Water & Wastewater Group Manager, Harrisburg
Mr. Mendinsky oversees project delivery, operations, business development and staff training for the water/wastewater group in HRG’s Harrisburg office. He also serves key clients as a project manager.
For over a decade, he has successfully designed and managed diverse water and wastewater projects. Most recently, he led the design of the award-winning Milton Regional Sewer Authority’s $55 million wastewater to energy project. This facility serves six municipalities in Northumberland County, Pennsylvania, as well as the well-known ConAgra Foods, He has become a leading expert on the state-of-the-art technology that is being used at this facility, which will eventually produce 100% of its energy needs from its own wastewater treatment process.
