Mark S. Maguire, GISP

Mark helps clients use data and information to make strategic decisions. He has broad-ranging experience in enterprise database design, field workflow development, and software with a specialty in spatial analysis and production.

He primarily develops applications to assist with regional planning, economic development, and infrastructure asset management.  This includes the mapping of water, wastewater and stormwater facilities; recreational assets; land use; and broadband connectivity.

As the assistant vice president of data and capital solutions, Mark ensures quality and consistent delivery of well-established service offerings in surveying, GIS, and finance while supporting the development of new offerings related to data-driven strategy development, as our clients’ needs evolve.
