Matt is HRG’s subject matter specialist on sanitary sewer inflow and infiltration (I&I) and sewer system rehabilitation projects. He is the lead technical engineer on collection and conveyance system projects, pump stations, sanitary sewer condition assessments, and rehabilitation projects. He is experienced at developing alternatives for new or expanded sanitary sewer collection and conveyance systems including gravity sewer, low pressure sewer systems, and other alternative sewer systems.
