Melissa serves as a liaison between HRG’s internal project delivery teams and software providers to ensure the firm provides leading-edge, data-driven solutions to our clients. With over 35 years of experience leading technology-focused operations, Melissa began her career as a civil engineer designing water systems and has since evolved into a strategic leader in digital transformation, helping clients optimize infrastructure performance through the integration of innovative technologies.

Throughout her career, Melissa has guided global teams through complex software and service implementations, with a proven track record of increasing profitability, improving customer experiences, and streamlining operations. With a strong foundation in infrastructure systems and proven expertise in project management and implementation planning, she helps clients make confident, data-informed decisions.

Melissa is passionate about bridging the gap between engineering and technology, believing that digital solutions can elevate the way communities manage, operate, and sustain their infrastructure. Her work supports HRG’s mission of helping clients deliver stronger, more resilient outcomes for their communities.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys sewing, health and fitness, and spending time with her family. She is also an advocate for mentorship and professional development, coaching emerging leaders in engineering and technology.
