Stephanie Milewski, RLA

Senior Project Manager

Stephanie assists with the planning and design of trails and outdoor recreational spaces.

Stephanie can also help clients achieve MS4 compliance by conducting field assessments, updating storm system mapping, identifying BMPs, and preparing annual reports to DEP. She has provided this assistance to the City of Hazleton, Jackson Township, and the boroughs of Archbald and Harveys Lake.

Stephanie previously served as trail manager and environmental program officers for the Lackawanna Heritage Valley National and State Heritage Area. Her responsibilities included the long-range strategic planning and implementation of the Lackawanna Heritage Trail consistent with the Management Action Plan of the Heritage Area (a $54 million project). She helped secure more than $7 million in grant funding during this period.
