Senior Project Manager
Mr. Malesker is a senior project manager in the Transportation Group of Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG) He primarily provides bridge design and inspection services to HRG’s clients in York, Franklin, Lancaster, and Adams Counties; however, he has wide-ranging experience in civil and municipal projects, including roadway and stormwater improvements and Community Development Block Grant projects.
Mr. Malesker has also served as the engineer of record for several municipalities throughout south-central Pennsylvania.
