Tyler is a Capital Management Analyst for Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG). He is responsible for managing stormwater utility implementation projects, developing rates for stormwater utilities, preparing capital plans, assisting clients with budgets, preparing grant, and funding applications, and reviewing inter-municipal agreements.

Prior to joining HRG, Tyler served as an MS4 coordinator with two growing communities in Pennsylvania (Silver Spring Township and Londonderry Township). In this capacity, he conducted analysis on funding for stormwater improvement projects and researched grant opportunities, developed funding strategies utilizing implementation of Stormwater Utility Fees, coordinated resident and staff meetings and workshops to educate on stormwater related topics, ensured compliance with minimum control measures set by DEP, and performed inspections of Best Management Practices and municipal facilities.
