The Central Logistics Park / West Run Distribution Center consists of approximately 260 acres of property located at the southeast corner of Interstate 78 and Camp Swatara Road (S.R. 0645) in Bethel Township, Berks County, PA. The project consolidates existing parcels and re-subdivides the property into five lots for development of an industrial warehouse/distribution center. The center includes five buildings ranging from 201,000 square feet to 832,000 square feet, totaling 2.5 M square feet. Our team provided site design services, including the extension of Central Boulevard and realignment/extension of Fort Motel Drive.
