William M. Kick, P.E.
Assistant Vice President
Mr. Kick is an assistant vice president and project manager in HRG’s civil/municipal group. He oversees operations and business development throughout Chambersburg and the surrounding counties.
Mr Kick has more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering, project planning, construction project management, construction engineering, and construction methods and inspections.
He has represented public sector clients throughout Franklin, York, and Cumberland County and has extensive knowledge of municipal and environmental laws pertaining to land use and land development. In addition, he has developed subdivision and land development plans for residential, commercial, and industrial clients, including all aspects of site design and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining HRG, Mr. Kick was a Project Engineer with Martin and Martin, Inc. in Chambersburg, PA, where he served as the consulting engineer to townships, boroughs, and private sector clients throughout Franklin, Cumberland, and York Counties. In addition, Mr. Kick worked as a Staff Engineer with Nassaux-Hemsley, Inc. in Chambersburg, PA and as a Construction Engineer with American Bridge Company, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA.
