cover of June 2026 issue of Municipal Reporter magazineOur vice president George White and Palmer Township manager Bob Williams tell municipalities “don’t wait till a storm arrives to think about flooding and stormwater management,” in the June 2026 issue of Municipal Reporter.  The magazine, published by the Pennsylvania Municipal League, focuses its latest issue on emergency response and features Palmer Township’s experience with a flash flood in the summer of 2023. He and our vice president George White share the details in the magazine with valuable advice you can use to ensure your storm is ready when a big a storm arrives:.
