Garrett Stoy serves as the Group Manager for the State College water and wastewater team at HRG. In his role, Garrett leads a team of 12 engineering professionals, ensuring the timely completion of client projects while maintaining quality and meeting expectations. Beyond managing projects, Garrett also advises clients on navigating local regulations and budgeting effectively. Passionate about environmental conservation from a young age from his interest in fly fishing, Garrett found his calling in the water and wastewater industry, where this field has allowed him to merge his passion for the outdoors with his professional aspirations, enabling him to actively protect the environment and local watersheds.
With over a decade of experience in the engineering industry, particularly in diverse water and wastewater projects, Garrett brings invaluable expertise to both clients and staff, enriching their experiences and outcomes.
