Fralick and Garrigan Named to PA Business Central’s Top 100
Jason Fralick and Jeff Garrigan have both been named one of Pennsylvania Business Central’s Top 100 People for 2020. They are featured in the January 31st edition of the publication, alongside other accomplished leaders who are making a significant impact in business and in the local community.
Fralick is the president of Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG). Over the past year, he has led the development of HRG’s strategic business plan and is driving initiatives related to employee engagement, professional development, innovation, and modernization. He is also an active member of many local organizations, serving as a board member and coach for the Centre Soccer Association and on several committees with Leadership Centre County. Garrigan is an assistant vice president at HRG. He manages the day-to-day operations of the firm’s State College office and all of its business development initiatives. He also provides water and wastewater engineering services to numerous municipalities and municipal authorities throughout the region. He is very involved with the State College Area School District and youth sports, serving as the assistant volunteer coach for the girls’ soccer team at the high school and as vice president of the Centre Soccer Association.
