Caleb is responsible for fostering a strong employee-owner culture by inspiring and mentoring team members and encouraging engagement in professional development. He ensures the timely delivery of high-quality projects through cross-discipline collaboration and maintains strong client relationships to support long-term success and satisfaction. Caleb also works closely with HRG’s Operations and Service Assistant Vice Presidents (AVPs) to optimize staffing, resource allocation, and operational efficiency. His responsibilities include managing project budgets, prioritizing workloads, and upholding fiscal accountability.
