Civil Project Manager

Ms. Letavic is a project manager with Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG) based in the Harrisburg corporate headquarters where her responsibilities include municipal engineering, civil engineering, and municipal consulting. With 16 years of engineering and consulting experience, she focuses on municipal services, grant funding solutions, and stormwater permitting. Her multidisciplinary background in geology, land development, brownfield remediation, and municipal consulting enables her to deliver creative solutions for her clients, especially with respect to MS4/TMDL compliance and flood hazard mitigation.

As an industry leader, Ms. Letavic is an essential asset to HRG’s stormwater team. She has taken part in many regional stormwater permitting and funding solutions in Pennsylvania. Ms. Letavic has lead large and small stakeholder group meetings, worked with regulators and legislators on creative funding solutions, and is keen at mediating conflicting views on issues. She works to find synergies between the objectives of regulations, stakeholder groups, and funding opportunities in order to implement successful outcomes. HRG’s stormwater consulting team has been highly effective at developing consensus within stakeholder groups, based on quantitative information, resulting in timely project delivery and overall client satisfaction.
