Jordan Whitmer
Engineering Technician
Jordan helps farmers implement conservation Best Management Practices. He has worked on small beef farm operations in Western Pennsylvania and has extensive experience working with county conservation district processes. Prior to joining HRG, he administered Washington County Conservation District’s Dirt, Gravel and Low Volume Roads Program and served as an erosion and sedimentation control technician. In these roles, he helped municipalities create and submit applications for contracts through the district and conducted site survey work to help with budgeting and design.
