Lauren Zumbrun

Ms. Zumbrun has 15 years of experience with financial services, project management, and strategic planning.

Ms. Zumbrun brings a unique skill set to her position. She possesses vast experience working as an economic development manager for a growing township where she developed funding strategies for new projects and engaged in planning, project implementation, and administration. Ms. Zumbrun uses this valuable knowledge, along with her exceptional communication, organization, and leadership abilities, to help clients identify solutions to move projects forward.

In addition, Ms. Zumbrun has experience serving municipal, municipal authority, and nonprofit clients. She has successfully helped clients to define their projects, identify appropriate funding sources, conduct funding roundtable discussions, prepare grant applications, and administer grant contracts to assist with implementation of identified priorities. She has successfully secured funding through diverse programs, including RACP, MTF, Act 13, C2P2, CDBG, PENNVEST, DEP 902, TAP (TA Set-Aside), Growing Greener, ARLE, Green Light Go, etc.
