Mr. Bert is responsible for managing and designing land development projects in southcentral Pennsylvania and supervising the Planning & Design staff in the Chambersburg office. He has experience working with clients across varying industries and project types that includes warehouses and distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, commercial and retail developments, medical facilities and healthcare institutions, K-12 and higher education, churches and non-profit organizations, and residential developments.

Prior to joining HRG, Mr. Bert was a Project Manager with Carl Bert & Associates, Inc., in Shippensburg, PA. His duties included project management, stormwater management design, E&S control plan development and NPDES permitting, surveying, subdivision layout, pavement design, site grading, roadway layout and design of all other pertinent aspects of residential, institutional industrial, and commercial land development projects.
