RJ Pale Overseeing Quality & Innovation in 3D Modeling as HRG’s Senior Quality Lead in Transportation

RJ Pale was recently promoted to senior quality lead in our transportation service group.  In this role, RJ provides technical expertise and quality control reviews related to 3D modeling on roadway and bridge projects.

HRG leverages digital technology like 3D modeling to create smarter, more resilient infrastructure for our clients.  Through 3D modeling, our team can integrate roads, terrain, drainage systems, bridges, and utilities into a single, spatially accurate digital environment.  This unified model improves visualization, making it easier to detect design conflicts early and prevent costly changes during construction. It also supports more reliable, data-driven quantity calculations for earthwork and construction materials, giving clients a clearer picture for planning and budgeting. 3D visualizations for public meetings help the community and stakeholders clearly understand a project, see potential impacts, and offer meaningful feedback.
