HRG worked with the international design firm BHDP on an addition to the historic Honors Hall building at Lycoming College. The addition houses new practice facilities and a recital hall. The project also involved designing an exterior plaza and walkway, accessible parking and service loading area, and stormwater management facilities.

HRG coordinated with a multi-disciplinary team of consultants to prepare the land development plans, construction drawings, and bidding documents. We also coordinated extensively with the City of Williamsport’s Sanitary Authority on the design due to a 100-year-old cobblestone tunnel conveying a large stream underneath the site. Great care was taken to protect the stream while ensuring proper site drainage and post-construction stormwater management.
