The new Warrior Run Elementary School was built on a combined campus with the middle school and high school. The campus includes new softball and baseball fields, multi-sport practice fields, event parking, and a stadium renovation. The updated stadium includes a new multi-sport synthetic turf field, 6-lane all-weather track, fieldhouse, and visitor side bleachers. Our team assisted the school district with feasibility studies, sewage planning, land development, and NPDES permitting.

The feasibility study stage of this project took several years to complete, but these studies are critical to determine what infrastructure is required to support the surface features the end user desires. The school district patiently waited while the township evaluated options to upgrade the sewage system, a water line was improved to provide adequate service and fire protection, and the vertical curve of an adjacent state highway was lowered. Still, the bids came in approximately $1.5 million below budget.
