Working in conjunction with the project architect, CannonDesign, we provided site plans for additions and renovation. The addition included 19,000 SF of labs, common space, and café to transform the learning environment. Our team provided the necessary surveying services, permitting, land development plan, sewage planning, utility coordination, and construction phase support for the project.  Site improvements included a courtyard, underground stormwater with specialty plantings, sidewalk and parking renovations, and a new entry plaza.
