HRG is part of an integrated project delivery team developing housing for students at a new medical school for osteopathic medicine. Our work on the project began by conducting a feasibility study and has continued through design, permitting, and construction phases.

The project involves the construction of several residential buildings connected to a shared amenity building across a central green space. The residential buildings consist of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, while the amenity building includes study space, a fitness center, and gaming area. A bike path connects the residences to the Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine.
