Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG) worked with Smithfield Township Economic Development Corporation (EDC) to develop approximately 110 acres of land acquired by Smithfield Township from the State Correctional Institution at Huntingdon.

The project involved the development of commercial, retail, and light industrial sites, now known as Raystown Square. Raystown Square has become the economic hub of Huntingdon.

As part of the light industrial lots on the site, HRG completed land development plans for two light industrial facilities for N.E. Reihart & Sons, Inc. Both lots totaled over 55,000 square feet of light industrial space.
