Penn State University Engineering Collaborative Research and Education Building (ECoRE)

HRG assisted with site design and permitting for a new academic building that will house classrooms, research space, and teaching labs for the university’s aerospace, architectural, civil, and environmental engineering programs.  Known as the ECoRE Building (for Engineering Collaborative Research and Education), the facility connects the west and east sides of the University Park campus.

It is part of the university’s master plan to expand and modernize its College of Engineering in response to growing enrollment and a desire to strengthen collaboration and interdisciplinary exchange between departments.

HRG is also assisting with bidding, construction administration, and documentation of the as-built conditions for the university’s GIS and database systems.
